Premiere Native American conceptual artist James Luna (USA) and performance artist Guillermo Gómez-Peña (Mexico) present a 3-day residency workshop in Toronto on October 20, 21 and 22, 2010.
Red Sky Performance and Toronto Free Gallery are pleased to present a 3-day residency and workshop led by Luna and Gómez-Peña. The workshop will have a focus on performance art and the human body as a site for creation, reinvention, memory and activism. Daily exercises will be borrowed from multiple traditions including performance art, experimental theatre and dance. There are only 10 spots available.
