PowWowFIT is a fun, high-intensity, Indigenous-inspired dance exercise that targets a full-body workout from head to toe. Think dance fitness, with a twist of yoga, mixed with traditional Pow-wow style.
James Jones (Cree) is a hoop, grass and fitness trainer who has performed all across Europe, China, Australia and North America. He is currently hoop dancing on a world tour with A Tribe Called Red.
