EXCLUSIVE Red Sky Cultivation Event for Tono at Luminato 2009

Last night was Red Sky’s Cultivation Event, leading up to our performances at Luminato next weekend. The event was held at the WNED loft in downtown Toronto, where attendees were invited to a sneak preview of the live music in Tono featuring artists direct from Mongolia! They performed to a select group of donors, media, sponsors, funders and friends.

The atmosphere was warm and intimate, and the beautiful spread of fusion cuisine was scrumptious. At the event, Red Sky also presented a sneak preview screening of the short film of Tono: The Creative Process for our guests.

Following the preview, our guests had the chance to be up-close and personal with the artistic director Sandra Laronde and the Tono artists, which was definitely a positive experience. I know that our guests had as much fun as we did!

Look out for Red Sky’s Tono in the upcoming week for the prestigious Luminato Festival. Performances will be held at the Fleck Dance Theatre on:
