MIIGIS (2026 TOUR)
Red Sky Performance tours its acclaimed dance production Miigis from October 23 to November 27, 2026, with performances across British Columbia and Ontario.
Tour stops include Revelstoke, Cranbrook, Nelson, Trail, Vernon, Oliver, Oakville, Kingston, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, and Owen Sound.
Miigis is a powerful contemporary Indigenous dance work inspired by the Great Migration of the Anishinaabe along ancient water routes from the Atlantic Ocean to the Great Lakes. This 50-minute performance brings to life themes of origin, memory, spirit beings, and the Seven Fire Prophecies—carried forward through striking movement, music, and visual design.
